We met our priority recruitment goals:

• 85% of our scholars live in our priority recruitment areas (Wards 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, and Prince George's County)

• 95% identify as UIM (under-represented in medicine) and 100% of students identify as people of color.

  • ​UIM is defined by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) as Black, Mexican American, Native American (American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian), and mainland Puerto Rican populations.

• 100% qualify for free lunch or attend schools that qualify all students for free lunch

• 75% will be the first in their family their attend college
